Blue Monday
Feb. 20th, 2012 01:04 pmNot a good start to the week. My weekly weigh in showed no change from last week. Very demoralising. I blame the cookies I made!
I began a diet last year after a visit to my doctors and since then I have lost 35lbs. I changed my eating habits drastically. More healthy diet, drink more water, walked daily and it has kept my weight lose off. But last week… Obviously, I didn’t do enough…!!!! Buggerit. Tuna salad for lunch, I had yoghurt with a portion and blueberries and strawberries for breakfast. Maybe that will be enough.
I went out into the city to buy some new walking shoes, I took the camera but nothing inspired me. I have taken so many photographs in and around Nottingham that I have a hard time finding something of interest unless there is an event happening in the city centre.
Maybe its just a lack of inspiration at the moment or lack of drive? Or is it the weather? I don’t know, I really don’t.
One of the many places that gives me inspiration is the Derbyshire Dales but the weather has not been good as of late to travel there
