Apologies before hand I am a little Loopy Lou today. My hay fever has gone crazy and quite frankly I feel dull and dopey with the typical hay fever symptoms that I have fortunately not really had to deal with over the last couple of months with the rain we have had in the UK. Our weather has been good for a few days.

I have taken the usual daily dose of Non-drowsy Loratadine (HA!) and had my first cup of coffee of the day but also take a dosage of Ibuprofen due to aching shoulder muscles and now I am concerned about the poppy seed roll I have just consumed because of the opiate content of the poppy seeds.

Are these substances going to react with each other? I am already loopy I don’t need drugs to make me loopier. Just taking Loratadine makes me dopey and drippy like a wet blanket anyway so if you read anything I write on here today that sounds way out whacko it’s the dopey hayfever drugs despite saying non-drowsey…

They lied
