I can hear you wonder how on earth I could feel wonky.

Well, when I was at Junior School back in the forgotten years I was a school gymnast, I vaulted, limber and nimble but one time I overstretched myself and slipped falling on the base of my spine. Since then I have had occasional back trouble.

Yesterday morning I got up with a twingeing left side sciatic nerve so I was favouring my left side. Unfortunately I was also scheduled to got though first aid training. Rolling around on floors and performing numerous sets of practice CRP were not good for my back but I persevered knowing I needed the qualification to keep my certificate up to date.

This morning, OH JOY. My shoulders ache from tensing them when performing the practice CPR so I feel like favouring my right.

Hence – WONKY.

But I got my certificate qualification. YAY

Congrats on your great job and getting your certificate qualification Christine. Does it still hurt? I sometimes have pain in my knee which I injured while skiing in uni years.

I know what you mean about wonky! I spent Sunday lifting too many heavy dogs and both Sunday night and last night, I had problems with vertigo when lying down in bed. Took me a bit to realize it was old neck issues flaring up. Thank goodness I have a chiro appointment this afternoon!

And yay for passing your certification!

Thank you

I think a long hot soak reading (SGA fic) and relaxing have my other half to massage muscle rub into my shoulders will do the trick but the sciatica will take a couple of days to disappear. As long as it does by weekend I got a photography walk planned around Grimsby. I haven’t seen the sea in a while.
