I'd love to taste some of those! Cheese is one of my weaknesses :D (But no blue cheese for me...)

I love cheese too. I have to admit that I have 4 types of cheese in my fridge at home at the moment, Gouda, Welsh Cheddar, Soft Cheese and mozerella.

Pity about the blue cheese. I love Stilton. Only six dairies now, located in the three counties of Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire, are licensed to produce Blue Stilton in the world. It is a blue cheese similar to Rochfort. The seventh recently went out of business although I must admit out of all the stiltons that was not my favourite and it was the most expensive
